Am I a freak? Yes, I am a freak.

First off: do you know how GREAT it is to be an auntie? Seriously, my half-brother's daughter and stepson (wow, am I specific or what?) must be the cutest little kids ever.  That's probably what everyone says, and yeah my step-nephew can be a bit of a crybaby, but really. I hope I was at least half as cute as they are when I was little.

I have terrible timing when it comes to baby pictures, so I have nothing to post to prove their cuteness, but someday-- someday! Actually, my brother is taking his family to Hawaii, so I won't see them for three years. Next time I do, Skyler (sp?) will be five! D'8 And my cute little Aubrey will be 3 1/2! Somebody, stop time!

That said, I think you can officially count me as a creep. I mean, I'm so bored that I spend most of my days reading manga (which isn't so bad) and hoping some random person retweets me or replies to one of my tweets.  But guess what! Somebody finally did! I was up late last night reading this (freaking beast) manga, Bloody Monday, and tweeting my reaction. And look what happened! >:D

Okay, okay, I get it. Weird, creepy, and a bit stalker-y, right? But I'm just so happy! It's not everyday that someone real (and not some stupid bot) tweets me back.  Arigato, movielosophy-san! I now follow your blog!

Speaking of blogs, I've become addicted to Giant Robot magazine. I'm checking their site for updates almost as often as I check for Facebook updates. Okay, that's an exaggeration, but they really do have some cool stuff. You should check it out. ^^

Hence, my squeals of joy in the background. Can't you hear them? My friend in China just called me up to get me to quiet down a bit. >:D

It's like a darker, longer Durarara!! where some people actually die.  Durarara!!, by the way, was one of of the greatest animes I've ever watched. So that's another recommendation for ya.
