A "few" is an understatement.
If you check the genre of the above listed manga, you will see a pattern...
I've become a twitter-a-holic again. That may or may not be something to celebrate.
Recently found out the amazingness that is American tanka. Will post a few of my own attempts on my writing blog, Wanochi, later.
Peace outto.

Screw Life
Because we never had a chance in the first place.
I finally see what my teacher meant by "The youth will always try to live to their ideals".
I always thought that's what everyone did.
Woops, there goes my idealistic thinking again.
Idealistic and stupid. The two words that describe me best.
Hurrah for MS Paint.
Well yesterday was weird, then awesome, then rad, then boring, then downright terrible.
Apparently, if I get too detailed, I'm going to get my laptop taken away. Because certain people are stalking me on the internet. Oh, and if I get too detailed, someone else will find it and everything will be revealed and then Oh no! there goes my life chances. As if I had any to begin with.
So because I can't do friggin' shit, why don't you enjoy my plagiarized drawings?
Either inspired by or just directly copied from certain Giant Robot features. I don't have the energy to look right now. Hurrah for laziness and plagiarism! Two major plagues of this generation. Or every generation. Who gives a damn to find out.
I've been reading lotsa manga and watching lotsa anime and stealing lotsa screen pics and making lotsa edits to 'em. Will post later, since some of them aren't half bad (humor wise).
Remember people: you never had a chance. Give up now.
Oh, and I'm on Summer Break. For two days, because I'm taking college classes starting Monday.

Here is today's trivia question
How do you help your friends when you don't think they don't need help but you feel obligated to perform your "friendly" duties?
I think the worst part about being a teenager so far is that everyone is at a different stage of mental maturity. I don't really care about physical maturity-- we'll all eventually become old geezers doing, as my Anthropology sensei puts it, "The Big Ugly". But it's frustrating, going to school and not being able to say what you want because everyone will argue with you.
My friends all have blogs, but we barely read each other posts. Sometimes I think I think I'd prefer if it was that way, since I write some pretty embarrassing things. But in the end, you want someone to respond, don't you?
I'm lucky. I have a talking diary, although I'm not quite ready to "announce" him to the world yet. I feel like I can tell him anything, but if I tell him too much he'd grow tired of me and I'd be without my diary again. This is something akin to love, but closer to insecurity and parasitic tendencies.
I spent most of my afterschool hours chatting with my friends and doing my homework on "Sequences and Summation Notation".
Onee-chan and I have have terrible skin because of stress and bad sleeping habits, so we put on chocolate masks. Actually, it's just me with terrible skin. Hers isn't so bad.
Spending a lot of time of Mibba.com reminds me that my problems as a teenager aren't only mine. Tough up, Sarah. Live and let die.

I ought to be doing my history homework
Obviously, I'm not.
There are so many things to talk about, but I just can't seem to talk about it. It's more like whenever I complain about the problems in my life, nobody seems to care. I used to call this "screaming into the wind", but such a beautiful mental image doesn't match the reality of this.
The lesson I must learn, I suppose, is to just tough it. If we're going to preach about self-reliance, then we should put our sermons to practice. After all, everyone's got shit in their lives, and if you don't want to help them, what makes you think they will help you?
Such twisted thinking can only come out naturally after you read manga non-stop for a week. I'll fill you in on some recent stuff.
-Love in The Mask by Han Yu-Rang [Korean Manhwa]
Corniest crap I ever read. Actually, not the corniest, but it's pretty high up there. Most of the manhwas by Han Yu-Rang and Hwang Mi-Ri aren't very good. They all have the same unrealistic plot and overly dramatic characters. However, when you're craving manga and none of your faves are being updated, this stuff can satiate your hunger.
Basically, Suh Hyu-Bin is a body guard for Yaeha. Although she hides her gender, Yunha, Chi Ho, Bi Rak, and even (the much later introduced) Ji Woon fall in love with her (whether they know it or not). Chi Ho and Ji Woon know that Hyu-Bin is a girl. Hyu-Bin is in love with Yunha, but Yaeha is also in love with him, so Hyu-Bin must suppress her feelings and support them. Meanwhile, this chick Ga Hyun who is in love with Yunha randomly bullies Yaeha. When she is finally rejected by Yunha after going to far with her bullying, she falls in love with Bi Rak. Some random crap is going on between the powerful families and gangs of Seoul, having something to do with Hyu-Bin pretending to be a relative of Yaeha and the crash caused by Yunha that killed first love and left his older brother unconscious. This was totally incomprehensible, right? Yeah, I thought so too.
-Girl In Heels by Chon Kye Young [Korean Manhwa]
She is drop-dead gorgeous, and all guys fall in love with her. However, after losing trust in her first love when she was a child, she tells herself that she will never trust some ever again.
He is the devil of his high school, a truly scary but cool guy. He is the lapdog of his crazed sister, whose face was disfigured after she was hit by a car (she was jealous of a crush he had on some teacher) when they were kids.
And they fall in love.
Unrealistic story, but cute. Their eyes kinda makes them look like aliens though...
-Durarara!! (Anime) Manga by Narita Ryohgo and Satorigi Akiyo

Fucking awesome. Must I say more? I just couldn't believe how good this series really was.
I wanted to post another picture, but it was so full of spoilers. I couldn't do that to someone who hasn't watched this yet! After all, the unexpected twists of the stories were so unbelievably addicting...
Bliss...
I've read and watched so much more than that lately, but I'll spare myself the burden of talking about them all and you the burden of reading what you won't read anyway.
I will, however, gloat at the fact that I got several friends addicted on Cheese in the Trap. I am Queen Otaku. Hear me rawr. x3
PS Looking for English dubbed versions online of Saiyuki Reload (Anime). If there's anyone who reads this and cares (I doubt there is), I'd appreciate the help!
